02

Define your USP, personality and voice

03

Create a logo, banner, fonts and colors from scratch

01 / 01

Your brand should tell a story. It's how your audience perceives you as a video editor or freelancer.

Example (mine, don't copy)

“Mission: to provide exceptional video editing that helps my clients reach their goals and build lasting relationships based on trust and collaboration.”

“Vision: to empower individuals and businesses to connect with their audience through videos that inspire, inform and entertain.”

Brand rules

Don't use elements, graphics or designs from other creatives. Build your own from scratch with basic shapes. Use fonts that are free for commercial use to avoid copyright problems. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, anything works.

Your task before the next lesson

Create your logo and banner, pick 2 fonts and a color palette, and update your social profiles with them.
